    Most of My local changes:
    BF allowed to fill cps regardless of overcapping;

    My Own minor adjustments to RtB reroll rules;

    Tobfon's reroll rules also in file commented out can be used by editing the file if desired;

    Prevent KS being suggested as part of triple Combo's;

    adjusted some timing windows for real play & added some additional info to log output for Shuriken Storm conditions
