    feat(Commons): Update potion handling

    - Remove DF potions from Commons.PotionSelected() and options in Panels.lua.
    - Add fleeting potions to the potion ID tables.
    - If a user hasn't specifically chosen a TWW potion, their setting could still be a DF potion. As such, if their selected potion type is not one of the three valid options, default to Tempered.
