When hovering over an herb, this adds alchemy recipe information to the tooltip. The recipes are listed in the same color code as your character's alchemy level, and it also shows the levels when the next two color codes will be activated. If the recipe isn't orange or yellow for your current character, it will show if there are alts that can use it.

Similar to what Cooking Helper does for meats.
