Refactor addon into modules
Added a configurable hard cap on stored points per item, default 10, independent of the
display-only so the saved database no longer grows without bound; exposed in the settings window and enforced immediately when lowered.
No behavioral changes from a user's perspective beyond the new "max points stored per item" setting.
