Sync minimap elapsed-time
Sync minimap elapsed-time refresh interval with world map (30s -> 5s) Minimap markers only refreshed their "Xm ago"-style text on the 30-second elapsed-time ticker, while the world map recalculated on every open. This made the minimap's displayed minute visibly lag behind the world map by up to 30s. Reducing the ticker interval to 5s keeps both displays close enough to appear in sync.
