Added maximum points per item

• Added a new Max points shown per item setting to the settings window.
• Default value is 2.
• The value is saved in HerbTimerDB.maxPointsPerItem.
• The setting is applied when the input field loses focus or when Enter is pressed.
• The World Map and Minimap are refreshed immediately after changing the value.

Point filtering

• Only the N most recent points are displayed for each individual itemID.
• Older points remain stored in the database but are not rendered on the World Map or Minimap.
• /ht list continues to display all saved points, regardless of this setting.
• The setting affects display only and does not remove or modify saved data.

Elapsed time display

• Removed ago from elapsed-time formatting.
• 5m ago → 5m
• 1h 12m ago → 1h 12m

This keeps the Minimap display cleaner and saves space.
