AQ SOD -- added a quick fix for Occult Poison II (exclude Occult Poison I otherwise)

Poison crafting window now closes when you craft a poison.

The way the original code was written it has to be visible and open to retrieve material information & craft.

Working on version 3.0 with quality of improvements in interface addons page instead of only slash commands.
