ReticleHelper
Added an "Enable ReticleHelper" checkbox which will allow for on/off fuctionality when screen reticle is not wanted.
QueueHelper
Restored the Refresh button to its original position above the Filter box, undoing Blizzard's 12.1 relocation. (Toggle in options if you'd prefer the new default placement.)
