• Add addon icon and category, bump checkout action
  Ship Icon.png as the TOC IconTexture and set the Buffs & Debuffs
  category so the addon shows up properly in the in-game list. The
  1254x1254 HelloWorldBuffs.png is the CurseForge project image only,
  so .pkgmeta ignores it — no reason to make clients download 2.6 MB.
  Also bump actions/checkout v4 -> v5 in the release workflow, matching
  HelloStock and HelloLog.
