• Raise window above action-bar flyouts
  Skinned action bars (DragonflightUI in particular) stack flyouts a few
  levels above their parent, hiding the buff window. Anchor to MEDIUM at
  minimap+90 — high enough to clear the flyouts, low enough to slot under
  sibling addons that sit at minimap+100. Re-apply on each show since the
  minimap's level isn't final at file-parse time.
