• Add an addon list icon and category
  Point the TOC's IconTexture at a new 64x64 Icon.png and set Category to
  Professions so the addon groups sensibly in the in-game addon list.
  Icon.png is left out of the .pkgmeta ignore list so it ships in the
  released zip; HelloStock.png stays excluded as the CurseForge-only
  project image.
  Also bump actions/checkout to v5 in the release workflow.
