UI & Layering Improvements

Strata Alignment: Reclassified the addon from DIALOG (always-on-top) to MEDIUM strata. This allows the bag and its contents to respect standard game window hierarchy, meaning character panels and spellbooks will now correctly overlay the icons when active.

Forced Button Sync: Implemented a new internal hook that forces all "bagged" buttons onto the same frame level. This prevents individual addon icons from "punching through" game windows while others remain behind them.

Depth Correction: Fine-tuned the FrameLevel for both the Launcher and the BagFrame to ensure that even within the MEDIUM strata, the icons always sit predictably relative to each other.

Bug Fixes

Z-Axis Conflict: Resolved an issue where certain high-priority minimap buttons would ignore parenting rules and float above full-screen panels.
