Simple addon to add a spell overlay above your character when Heat Shimmer procs.

- Fixed: the effect no longer blocks the mouse. Holding right-click over it now turns the camera normally, just like Blizzard's own spell alerts. The effect only takes mouse input while you're moving it with "Move effect".
