HearthZone Era

See your Hearthstone's destination zone in the tooltip and open its inn directly on the Classic Era map with a customizable shortcut, marker and zoom.

HearthZone Era is a lightweight addon for World of Warcraft Classic Era that makes your Hearthstone destination easier to identify and find.

Instead of seeing only the name of an inn, you can see the destination zone and settlement directly in your Hearthstone tooltip.

Features

  • Enhanced Hearthstone tooltip: Shows the destination zone, settlement and optional map shortcut.

  • Quick map access: Middle-click your Hearthstone or configure another mouse button or keyboard shortcut.

  • Inn marker: Displays a green Hearthstone icon at the saved inn location whenever coordinates are available.

  • Automatic map zoom: Opens the destination map, pans toward the inn and applies your preferred zoom level.

  • Settings window: Type /hszone to configure shortcuts, tooltip information and zoom.

  • Classic Era locations: Includes Alliance, Horde and neutral inn destinations.

  • Automatic location learning: Learns your destination when you bind your Hearthstone. Manual commands are available for unrecognized locations.

  • Multilingual interface: Supports the 11 WoW client locale codes using translated interface text and Blizzard's localized zone data.

  • Lightweight: No external addon dependencies.

Commands

/hszone — Open settings

/hszone map — Open the destination map

/hszone status — Show your saved destination

/hszone learn — Learn your bound inn while standing there

/hszone mark — Save your current position as the inn marker

/hszone set Wetlands — Set the destination zone manually

Compatibility

Designed for World of Warcraft Classic Era 1.15.9, interface version 11509.

Important localization notice: The addon was confirmed working in an English-language Classic Era client in a previous development build. Version 1.0.0 passed automated Lua and simulated localization tests, but has not yet been tested in live non-English game clients. Some translated inn names or map locations may not be recognized correctly. Please report issues with your client language, inn name and zone.

Installation

Extract the HearthZoneEra folder into _classic_era_/Interface/AddOns/, enable the addon and type /hszone.

HearthZone Era is an independent community addon and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
