    Add comprehensive options panel for hearthstone selection

    - Custom options panel with scrollable hearthstone list and icons
    - Toggle between 'Use All' and individual hearthstone selection
    - Debug mode checkbox in options panel
    - Automatic cooldown switching with cast protection
    - Settings persistence and proper UI integration
    - Remove redundant cooldown text display
    - Bump version to 0.3
