Description
Hearthpath is a free in-game leveling guide for World of Warcraft: Forever, made by players for players. It tells you where to go and what to do next, and ticks each step off for you as you play.
Leveling routes
- Quest-by-quest routes for every starting race: Human, Dwarf, Gnome, Night Elf, Orc, Troll, Tauren, Undead and Skyborne. The Zephras Isle route covers both the Windshapers and the High Order.
- WoW Forever's new content built in: the new quests in the classic zones, plus the new dungeons (Hall of Thanes, Ruins of Lordaeron, Excavation Site and City of Dalaran). New 30-60 content is added as it is announced.
- Class quests for every class: stances, druid forms, shaman totems, hunter pets, warlock demons and more.
- All 12 professions to 300, with shopping lists, trainers and the best farming zones for each faction.
The guide window
- The current step shows as a card with one line per goal (talk to, accept, kill, collect, go to). Each line turns from red to green as you finish it, and the guide moves on by itself.
- Live objective counts, such as "Kill Mottled Boar 7/10".
- An "Up next" list of the following steps. Right-click any step to point the arrow at it, mark it done, jump to it or skip it.
- A progress bar you can switch between step and quest progress.
Getting around
- A 3D waypoint arrow that points to your next NPC or objective, shows the distance, and leads you back to your body when you die.
- Numbered pins on the world map and small dots on the minimap. TomTom is supported.
- A click-to-target button for the NPC or creature the step needs, which you can bind to a key.
Menus and settings
- Guide Menu: the guide to continue, guides suggested for your level, recent guides and favourites, plus search by guide or quest name.
- Settings window: auto accept and turn-in, hide the guide in combat or in dungeons, background opacity, scale, steps shown, and more.
- Auto accept and turn-in for the guide's quests. Hold Shift to do it yourself. It never picks a quest reward for you.
Commands: /hpath shows or hides the guide, /hpath guides opens the Guide Menu, /hpath options opens the settings, and /hpath help lists everything.
Beta note: the WoW Forever beta is capped at level 30, so the beta file covers 1-30. The full 1-60 guide comes out at launch. If you find a wrong step, post a comment with the guide name and the step number and we'll fix it.
