/hh macro |
Create the action bar macro (see below) |
On an action bar
Type /hh macro, or click Create action bar macro on the General tab. This puts a "HearthHub" macro on your cursor; drop it into any action bar slot.
- Left-click uses your Hearthstone. The macro shows the Hearthstone's icon and cooldown.
- Shift + left-click uses a random hearthstone toy.
- Right-click opens the list next to that action bar slot, in the direction set under "From the action bar macro".
Running /hh macro again updates the existing macro instead of making a second one.
What the list includes
The list only shows things the current character can use right now:
- Hearthstones and hearthstone toys, the Dalaran and Garrison hearthstones, Scrolls of Recall and Astral Recall.
- Class and racial teleports: Death Gate, Teleport: Moonglade, Dreamwalk, Zen Pilgrimage, Return to Camp and Mole Machine.
- Mage teleports and every Hero's Path dungeon teleport. These are read from your spellbook, so new ones appear on their own.
- Engineering wormholes and other teleport toys and consumables.
- Teleport rings, cloaks and tabards. Using one equips it first if it isn't equipped.
Options
General
- Lock the button in place.
- Only show the button on mouseover.
- Hide the HearthHub button completely, if you only use the action bar macro.
- Swap clicks, so left-click uses a random hearthstone and Shift-click uses your Hearthstone. This applies to the action bar macro too.
- Close the list after use.
- Play a sound when the list opens and closes.
- Choose which way the list opens (left, right, up or down), with a separate choice for when it's opened from the action bar macro (defaults to the same as the button).
- Set the button size.
- Set how many icons go in a row before the list wraps.
- Move the button back to the center, or restore all defaults.
Teleports
- Untick an entry to remove it from the list.
- Use ▲ / ▼ to move an entry one place, or Top to send it to the front.
- Show all, Hide all and Reset order apply to the whole list.
Profiles
The order and the hidden entries are saved in a profile.
- Every character starts on a profile named after its class, such as "Mage" or "Warrior". All your mages share one setup and all your warriors share another, without any setup on your part.
- Use the Profile dropdown at the top of the Teleports tab to switch the current character to another profile.
- New creates a profile that starts as a copy of the current one, and switches this character to it. Use it to give one character its own setup.
- Delete removes the current profile. Any character that used it goes back to its class profile.
Button position, size and the General settings are shared by all characters.
Teleports a character can't use never appear in its list. For example, a warrior never sees mage portals.
Adding something missing
Add its item or spell ID to Catalog.lua under the right group. If you aren't sure whether an item is a toy, use kind = "auto".
