A dynamic health-based heartbeat addon for World of Warcraft Classic Era Hardcore.

Heartbeat Monitor adds an immersive heartbeat effect that reacts to your current health. The closer you get to death, the faster and louder your heartbeat becomes.

At full health, the heartbeat is subtle and almost unnoticeable. As your health decreases, the heartbeat gradually becomes more intense, creating an increasing sense of danger and tension.

Heartbeat Monitor is designed to add tension and immersion to gameplay without providing additional combat information or gameplay advantages. It simply makes your character's declining health feel more immediate.

The closer you get to death... the louder your heartbeat becomes.

  • Left-click: Toggle the heartbeat on or off
  • Right-click: Toggle Combat Only mode
  • Ctrl-click: Open the Heartbeat Monitor settings
