v1.2.4

- Fixed: on MoP Classic and Retail the addon treated full health as 1%,
causing a pounding heartbeat at full HP. UnitHealthPercent returns a
normalized 0-1 value on current clients (early 12.0 builds returned
0-100) - the addon now handles both scales correctly
- Classic Era and TBC Anniversary were not affected
- No changes to sounds, options or saved settings
