Healthy Blood Death Knight

This addon focuses on giving a Blood Death Knight the best visual feedback possible in a combat situation. Consists of a player health bar which things such as a Blood Shield counter, seperate incoming heals and shield bar, scent of blood tracker and others. It also has a target bar with disease trackers and all the normal things you may want. I have added basic raid frames so you can have raid frames that with the addon design but they would not be good for healing (I find them fine for raid leading to get a basic overview). I have also added nameplates which are colored by threat as for me this is invaluable for tanking. They do not have buff trackers on them because the use of Blood Boil makes buff trackers rather useless.
