Title text is fully cusomizable and supports the {Name} key to represent a unit's name. Examples are shown in the in-game tooltip for the corresponding option.

Added the option to include the unit's name in the title above each of the health and mana text frames.

Moved all text frames into a single parent frame so the text frames can be moved as a group. You can move the parent frame by unchecking "Lock Frame" in the "Text Parent Frame" section of HealthWarning options. This change is backwards compatible and you can still move each text frame individually.
