HEALER THIRD EYE

This is a real-time healer activity monitor including spells, healing target, and trinkets for WoW Classic ERA (Vanilla). It is highly configurable with rich information including class cooldowns, multiple renew targets, power word shield spam, and grief detection (renew overwriting, cross-renewing, and prayer sniping). It does NOT rely on HealComm. It reads everything from native game APIs. Nobody else in your raid needs to run it — or any other addon — for it to work. This is possible due to the recently updated API for 1.15.9

HOW HEALER THIRD EYE IS ORGANIZED

1. Central Third Eye Widget
- Each healer gets a dedicated row showing what they're casting and on whom in real time, including macro and mouseover heals (doesn't rely on current player target)
- Idle, drinking, dead, and offline states at a glance
- Optional information: previous cast and target
- Optional information: trinket activations
- Optional information: major cooldowns: (e.g. Innervate, Power Infusion, Blessing of Protection)
- Sort alphabetically, by class, or drag it into a Manual ordering. Manual ordering provides potentially raid-saving real-time insights at a glance if you group healers by assignment - for example side on Twin Emperors or tank assignment on Patchwerk.

2. Renew Tracker Tool
- Every active Renew in the raid as a draining time bar, with caster, target
- Optionally shows heal-per-tick value
- Optionally tracks Power Word: Shield, lower-rank Renews, and the T2 8/8 Greater Heal HoT.
- Optionally shows any trinkets popped directly

3. Alert Widget Tool
- Overwrite-Renew detection: a priest overwrites another priest's Renew
- Cross-Renew detection: a priest Renews into a group that has its own priest
- Prayer Snipe: a direct heal lands while a Prayer of Healing is pending
- Grief Scoring: assign weights to individual griefs and each player gets a Grief Score
- Scrolling feed plus a persistent reviewable log.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Click on the minimap button (it is a dwarf with three eyes) with left-click or right-click to show or hide the main widget and spell tracker. Type /hte test to run a simulated raid scenario. To open the options shift-click this button. Healer Third Eye ships deliberately minimal with only names and cast bars and a bare-bones Renew Tracker. Most features are off by default and one click away in the options, so you add only what you actually want on screen. Opacity, colors, and layout are all adjustable, and the Renew Tracker can dock to the Healer Status frame so the two move as one.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

There is a separate standalone addon for Stock UI raid frames only named Healer Vision which shows heals on the raid frame coded by color individually for each healer so you can see who is healing whom in real time. Third Eye integrates with this addon by adding a colored dot next to each name on the main Third Eye widget corresponding to the color assigned to that healer and thus acting as a legend for the colors shown on the raid frame.
