Completely overhauled the config menu

Added a feign death indicator (can be disabled)

Added an optional raid text replacement

Added an option for faster raid health updates

Bugfixes:

Fixed errors caused by having friendly nameplates on while in a dungeon

Fixed occasional misalignments in healing bars (specifically HoT bars)

Fixed an issue where heals wouldn't show if your cast speed was slower than the timeframe setting
