Healbars Vanilla

Added incoming heal indicator — a small number now appears on each unit frame showing how many heals are incoming. Healers (Druid, Shaman, Priest, Paladin) will see it in green when their own heal lands first, red if someone else beats them to it. All other classes see it in gold.
