HasuitFrames

It replaces all of the most important parts of a ui but better, with tons of unique features that don't exist anywhere else. Check images to get an idea. It was made mostly with arena and bgs in mind but works everywhere.

It's actually efficient and should improve your framerate if replacing other similar addons. (Think 15x less cpu usage for everything combined than BigDebuffs uses just for auras, along with only 1.1 to 1.5mb of ram)

Other addons I recommend to go along with it: 
For your own class procs: WeakAuras or TellMeWhen, in my experience TellMeWhen was easier to learn how to make custom stuff with

For enemy offensive cooldowns: GladiatorlosSA2 with some of the less important notifications disabled like "Buff Down" and disabled in bgs, or Mes WeakAuras

For BGs: BattleGroundEnemies

For nameplates: you could use my old custom nameplate addon HasuitNameplates. I'm not sure what people normally do for nameplates, but this has always worked well for me. 

Less important:
OmniCC (This is mostly for action bars. HasuitFrames uses its own timers)

If you try the addon and don't like it make sure to uninstall the addon, reload or relog, and then type
/console scriptProfile 0
That's the only setting/cvar the addon changes so other than that there's no need to worry about it messing up any of your settings.
