v3.4.0 — On-Demand Sync Overhaul

Major sync reliability improvement. Fixes issues where members saw partial or missing wishlists after login, especially in larger guilds (10+ members).

Changes:

• Login sync is now lightweight — only syncs metadata (member list, priorities, locks, received status). Dramatically reduces chunk count from ~80 to ~5.
• Wishlists are now fetched on-demand when viewing another member's character sheet. First view takes 1-2s, then cached locally.
• If the target player is offline, the GM serves as fallback. If neither is available, shows "Player offline — no cached data available."
• "Sync with Guild" button now fetches all members' wishlists sequentially with progress report (e.g. "Wishlists synced: 8/10 (2 members offline)").
• Each member auto-broadcasts their own wishlist on login so the GM and online members receive it passively.
• GM "Full Guild Sync" and "Raid Sync" still push complete data for pre-raid preparation.
• Backward compatible with v3.3.x clients (older versions sending full state are still accepted).
