What it does

The Healer Ramp Helper is a tool designed to help healers manage their cooldowns in order to properly execute ramps. It works similarly to assigning every part of a ramp's instructions as warnings or reminders but facilitates this process by automatically creating reminders for all the steps based on the best recommended practices for the spec.

Each spec has a predefined list of "ramp types", which are the different ways the spec prepares to handle raid damage. Each ramp type involves a different list of spells you have to save and timings you have to remember to make everything work properly. By setting up timings in the apropiate ramps for your spec, you will automatically get reminders to save the relevant spells and warnings to start ramping when the time is apropiate

Setting it up

Inside the timings menu you will find all the specs currently supported and different menus for each boss on each difficulty. Typing a timer in the 'mm:ss' or 'ss' formats in the corresponding window for each ramp on a boss will create all the assignments for that ramp at that time when that boss is pulled. Opening the Ramp Types menu for each spec will show you all the current configured ramps for that spec and what reminders they consist of.

You can also import your timings from WowUtil's Viserio's CD Planner tool, Lorrgs, or any other place that supports assignments as MRT Note format. This also supports dynamic timers based on boss' phases.

Extra information and options

• You can use the /hrh command to open the options menu
• You can modify the appearance, position and voice settings in the options
• Enabling Testing Mode in the testing menu will let you try the addon in a dummy by running the example timings currently set up for your spec
• The "Pre-requisites only" mode creates reminders for all the set up steps of a ramp but doesn't show a warning for the final button press, letting you use the addon alongside tools like Kaze Reminders without having duplicate warnings showing
• The "Read from Note" mode makes the addon grab the assignments from the currently active MRT Note, instead of the predefined text inputs. You can use this to make the addon work on assignments sent by your healing officer without having to import them into the addon. This doesn't work on testing mode

Help make it better
