Hardcore Mode

Added

• Added a new welcome screen for first-time users or new characters to easily select your preferred ruleset.
• Implemented Self-Found and Solo Self-Found rulesets:
  • Self-Found: Restricts trading, the Auction House, and player mail (NPC mail remains accessible).
  • Solo Self-Found: Includes all Self-Found restrictions plus a total restriction on player grouping.
• Character sheet now displays Hardcore status.
• Game tooltips now include your selected ruleset.
• Added a minimap button with a new option to hide it in settings.
• Addon is now fully compatible with and aware of the Soul of Iron buff.

Changed

• Streamlined character eligibility: Removed the "failed run" concept. To enable the addon, a character must now be "fresh" (no XP, items, or gold) or possess the Soul of Iron buff. This allows existing non-fresh characters to enable the addon as long as it can validate they never died.
• Options panel has been completely redesigned for better navigation and clarity.

Fixed

• Improved performance by moving the deserialization process to a background thread, eliminating stuttering during game load.
• Events now display for a maximum of 15 minutes and will no longer appear more than once.
• Fixed several database migration issues.
• Resolved errors occurring on Hardcore realms; the addon will now correctly remain disabled there.
• Fixed an issue with realm name resolution.
• Resolved various compatibility issues specific to Classic Era realms.
