    Core mechanics

        The add-on now creates a list of people to congratulate instead of just fetching the last character's name
        Added a timer that automatically delete players from the congratulate list after a certain amount of time
        Fixed the "random" feature
        The button now correctly hides when a player is congratulated or skipped
        Added a resest feature
        Added various /hccongrats commands

    Congratulate button

        Instructions on how to interact with the "Congratulate!" button have been added
        It is now possible to skip a congratulation with a Ctrl + click or Alt + click
        The button can be moved around while holding Shift + click
        Name of the player that is going to be congratulated has been added over the button
        Instructions on how to interact with the "Congratulate!" button have been added

    Pruning automatically removes a player from the list of players to congratulate after a certain amount of time has passed.
