Added a first-class Live Designer for Self, Pet, Party, Target, Enemy, and Boss cast bars.
Added live editing for cast-bar dimensions, media, colors, text, icon layout, channel ticks, border, completion marker, and other presentation settings.
Switched known-duration casts/channels to Blizzard's native DurationObject / StatusBar:SetTimerDuration() path where available for reliable damage-pushback behavior.
Added a cosmetic bar-colored pushback ghost/glow that never changes authoritative cast timing.
Added bundled Barlow Condensed Regular, Medium, and SemiBold with SIL OFL 1.1 licensing; Barlow Condensed Medium is the fresh-install default.

Prevented the current Target from being duplicated in the Enemy stack.
