Hey,
Developer/Owner of a popular fivem server, Happy Days - we've all been playing wow and thought it was a crime to not have gifs in our guild chat, wow doesn't support gif rendering, but it does PNG - this addon splits gifs up frame by frame, turning it into a gif when played together.
Still early days, but the only thing we found out there - sad it doesnt exist.
The drawback is its our own library of gifs/memes - wow has no external api functionality so we cannot grab them on the fly sadly, but we will try our best to keep them maintained but went with the most popular ones to begin with.
Always open to suggestions - this runs really smoothly from what i've found so far, if you have any issues let me know and ill do my best to fix them
