* Total rewrite to work around the special Minimap menu (Retail) changes in 12.0.0
thus fixing that major bug (causing the options to be unavailable)
* New Maroon text colour scheme.
Helps the titles to stand out better in the game's options panel.
* Found a bug in old code that caused pin show/hide options to
sometimes not work. Fixed in the rewrite.
* Now uses the API's own word wrapping. All self word wrapping removed.
* Full range of pin textures are now available.
* Missing translations (two) for each language were added. Previously set to ""
which effectively meant a blank screen line.
* Now differentiates between different quest types within the popups.
* Several new translations added.
* Note: This forced rewrite further distances DST from the HandyNotes ecosystem
but not yet completely.
