HandyNotes - Midsummer Fire Festival

* New pin in the middle of Quel'Thalas for retail. Gives a
summary of all the pins, old and new.
* Added a Zidormi pin for when looking at a new 12.0.0 zone
map, to remind players that old bonfires need doing
* Added random flavour text at the foot of the "torch tossing"
quests cluster pin for WotLK and up. For Vanilla/TBC to the
main cluster pin. Currently 7 different possibilities.
* Added flavour welcome message in the main options panel.
Can't be random as I'd have to program some unique means to
word wrap just for this one easter egg.
* Above flavour uses Blizzard's own translations
* Uses AddOn engine v2.15. The only relevance here is that
the chat suggestion to use the new Minimap menu is now
throttled: once per /reload or fresh login
