HandyNotes - Long-Forgotten Hippogryph

* Major overhaul. Common v2.22. Total rewrite.
Changes too numerous to note individually.
* A major change is that I discovered 16 useful pins
that had been removed June 2021 when Blizzard API
changes broke ALL of my AddOns. In a panic I converted
to HandyNotes but was unable at the time to include
the pins (I didn't really understand HN).
* Colour scheme for the options panels and Tooltips
plus a huge panel full of useful intel for farming.
