HandyNotes: Boralus RP Spots

It never fails, upload a new version and then a few minutes later discover a tiny, easy-to-fix bug. Apologies to the 231 people who downloaded 0.330!

Here's what's new with this version.

• Updated for WoW 8.1 (to interface code 80100)
• Added locations and NPCs related to the new patch level
• Fixed some more code problems
• The /borasomething slash commands are being phased out, use /bora something instead
• Rewrote back end processing to allow for spots in additional zones
• Added data for the inner shorelines of Tiragarde Sound
• Added data for shipwrecks and other underwater things
• Simplified data structure
• Simplified options -- see /bora config for more
• Turn on or off points related to Alliance presence -- low levels should turn off
• Added support for spoilers, and several spoiler chains (including maze navigation)
• Made a new logo (it's better than nothing)
