HandyNotes: Boralus RP Spots

This adds a few new features:

* Better formatting of search output, text notes now listed

* Improved listing of predefined criteria

* A few data fixes and additions

* Added criteria to search for transportation (/bora transport) and desks (/bora desks, or /bora desks:optional_count)

The following have changed:

* Simplified the syntax. Instead of /bora /set, just do /bora set

* Replaced criterion/param with criterion:param. Instead of /bora seats/2, just do /bora seats:2

* A few internal data structure changes (point.landing, point.boat, point.sailboat)
