Added checks for mole-e and squire mailboxes. Once you use a mol-e it will NOT add any new mailboxes for 10 mins while waiting on mol-e cooldown. once the squire has been dismissed after asking for a mailbox it will add them once again. Also disabled mailbox checking in instances.
