Tagging as v1.6.0 Release - complete Cataclysm compatibility:
- new DB format
- split node filters for Minimap and World Map
- nodes shared between realms
- support for maps with multiple levels (Dalaran, Orgrimmar)
- better note context menu showing the name and icon of the NPC you've clicked on
- completely removed Spirit Healer notes (they are supposed to be tracked by HandyNotes_Charon)
- TomTom: temporarily disabled, until figured how to connect the new Cata-data with TomTom's old interface
