HandyNotes - Higher Learning

* Now uses my AddOn engine.
* Players can now select a pin for completed
(default is green) and not completed (default
is red). If player retains "default" then
they'll see no difference from the old version.
* Added a greeting to the Options landing panel.
This explains enough about spawns / respawns.
* I suspect that the Classic MoP version was
bugged with regards getting the locations
muddled due to my using the Classic Cata
indexing system. I tested this now: MoP is
definitely the same as Retail now.
* New colour scheme. It's now more Kirin Tor-ish.
* Note, as per v2.04/05 I STILL throttle the
Minimap updating. This to help potato PCs.
