Hammerlog
Better gear for you, and your guild's fight reports, inside the game.
Upgrades: for everyone, no setup
Open the Upgrades tab in the Hammerlog window, or type /hlog upgrades.
- Every slot, scored for you. Items your class can use at your level that beat what you're wearing, scored for your talents. Pick another spec with one click.
- Best upgrades first. The best item for each slot, biggest improvement at the top.
- Where to get it. What drops each item and how often, quest rewards, vendors, and what your guild has seen on the auction house (with the price). Items nobody has seen in game yet are listed separately.
- Tooltips. Any item that would be an upgrade gets a line, for example "Hammerlog: an upgrade for your hands (+12%, Arms)".
This works for any player, in a guild that uses Hammerlog or not. The item list ships with the add-on: update the add-on now and then to pick up new drops and sources.
Gear: your guild at a glance
The window's Gear tab shows each guildmate's latest known gear: item
level, talents and every slot, with enchants and how old it is. Hover
over a guildmate to see their item level and HS (Hammer score) in
the tooltip: their gear's stats added up, weighted for their class and
talents. It's a rough guide: the weights are rules of thumb, and not
everyone plays the way they assume. Each
player's add-on shares their own gear with the guild when it changes,
and officers' add-ons share what they see when inspecting. /hlog gear
shows your own entry and what the guild has.
Fight reports
If your officers upload combat logs to l2p.lol (see below), the reports
arrive in game: damage, healing, damage taken and deaths for every fight,
by player and by ability. Click a player for their abilities, or a death
for what led up to it. Open them with /hlog reports, the minimap gem, or
a key under Key Bindings > Hammerlog.
Prices
The Prices tab searches every auction house price Hammerlog has seen, by item name: the price when it was last seen, how long ago, how many were up, and the lowest of the last two weeks. Scan the whole auction house with the Hammerlog: scan all button under its window. Officers' installs also hold what the rest of the guild has seen.
What it records
While you play, Hammerlog notes what drops from what, quest rewards, what vendors sell, XP per kill and per quest, and items seen on other players and on the auction house. That's what makes the "where to get it" part of Upgrades work. It keeps no seller names.
What it shares, and with whom
- With your guild, in game: your own gear, and the records above, go
to your guild's officers who also run Hammerlog. Reports an officer
imports go to everyone in the guild who runs it. Turn the record
sharing off with
/hlog sync off. - With l2p.lol, only if someone sends it: nothing leaves the game by itself. The game saves what Hammerlog recorded in its usual saved-data file; a player or officer may upload that file to l2p.lol, by hand or with the site's optional helper. Uploaded records feed the item list everyone's Upgrades tab uses.

/hammerlog works for all of these as well.
Free, and readable
Hammerlog is free, has no paid features, and its code is plain, readable Lua. Bugs and questions: the comments here.
