Added a mechanism which prevents the addon from getting corrupted when the player opens Calendar while the event database updates (reload still required however). Players who already have it corrupted for this reason should wait for another update.

The mouseover time does not resume/hide until the player right-clicks the bar again, even if the mouse does not touch any of the frames
In default configuration, the frame's default location may overlap the chat frame
When you senect an event with a non-integer countdown time (ie. an ending event) in the configuration UI, its countdown time may get rounded to an integer.
