FestivalTimer (former HallowTimer)

Version 1.0.1:
Now properly responds to the Hide UI hotkey and screen resolution changes

The mouseover time does not resume/hide until the player right-clicks the bar, even if the mouse does not touch any of the frames
In default configuration, the frame's default location makes it overlap the chat frame
The configuration resets after updating to version 1.0.1
