    - Reputation: show the reputation gained this session per faction (resets on reload, ctrl + right click resets it manually)

CHANGES
    - Dressing room skin: GW2 header with framed portrait, framed model area with skinned controls, the transmog set panel and its list are skinned as well
    - Merchant and flight master skins: the npc portrait in the header is framed like the inspect portrait
    - Inspect skin (retail and mists): GW2 model background, item level on the slots, framed portrait with name and level in the header; retail also: PvP tab with honor header, talent row and rating blocks, GW2 fonts on the guild tab
    - Great Vault skin: reward slots, activity art, intro text and the currency row now use the GW2 look, locked slots show a lock, the selected slot a gold border
    - Character data (gold per character) moved into the main database, the old GW2UI_STORAGE2 variable is migrated automatically
    - Era clients: the quest tracking state moved into the character database, the old GW2UI_QUEST_WATCH_DB variable is migrated automatically
    - World event tracker: code split per expansion, less work per tick, fixed the taskbar flash option, the next event time in the micro menu tooltip and alerts of disabled events
    - World event tracker: new Midnight weekly storylines (Prey Hunt, Silvermoon Court, Zul'jarra's Forces, Slayer's Duellum), updated Liadrin quest list and a "ready for turn-in" state in the tooltip
    - Hero panel (Retail): missing enchants and empty sockets are marked red (item info option), optional item level coloring relative to the equipped average, set bonus count and Mythic+ rating as tiles in the attributes list with tooltips
    - Hero panel (all game versions): stats picker via the cog in the attributes box - hide single stats, reorder them by drag and drop, right click resets to the defaults
    - Reputation: at war factions are marked in the list, the detail options are now one checkbox row
    - Reputation: show the amount missing to the next rank, right click toggles the experience bar, no empty description block

FIXES
    - Fix actionbar binding error on era clients
    - Fix pet bar keybindings missing after a fresh login
    - Micro menu: the inventory and character tooltips no longer stay open after leaving the button
    - Micro menu: the quest counter no longer includes hidden quests
    - Action bars are now layered above the objectives tracker
    - Hero panel can be moved during combat (placed at the cursor on release), scaling in combat shows a notice instead of an error
    - Fix minimap coordinates staying at N/A or frozen depending on the order the options were enabled
    - Show the "Move to Inactive" toggle in the reputation details on era clients
