- Sync notification spam: per-player 60s cooldown and respect "Notify when other guild members sync" setting; prevents repeated "Synced X (1 new recipe)" for same offline player from multiple relayers.
- "Notify when other guild members sync" now mutes all sync messages when off (including first-after-login).
- Cooldown key normalized with realm strip so "Name" and "Name-Realm" share the same throttle.
