### Fixed
- Sync message flood: reduced O(N×M) amplification. OnHello now responds with only own META (not all known players); offline roster METAs are sent in a staggered burst 10–20 seconds later via SendOfflineMetas. OnReq only responds for own data or offline players (with random delay to reduce duplicate relays). Queue-full warning throttled to at most once per 30 seconds.
