Tagging v1.0-beta1

PProvost:
    - Minor tweaks before first beta
    - Minor frame tweaking for usability
    - Forgot to rename in toc file too
    - Renamed files to new project name
    - Tuned the logic. Much more efficient now.
    - Ditched bogus commas in the lastOnline part of the CSV
    - Rewrote to stop using savedvars. Still having issues with the
    GuildRoster() throttling.
    - Removed vim temp files. BOO!
    - Initial version using saved vars
