GuildRadioFM CORE v2.1.1 - Auto-Next / Progress Hotfix

Fixed:
- Fixed auto-next not advancing reliably after songs ended.
- Fixed progress timers not updating while songs are playing.
- Added a duration-based fallback timer so playback can advance even when WoW does not fire the sound-finished event.
- Progress now refreshes once per second while playing.
- Added duration metadata to all packaged core songs.

Improved:
- Better support for optional song-pack addons.
- Runtime song-pack playlists now work with normal play, next, back, repeat, shuffle, and auto-next behavior.
- Tavern Nights Vol 1 support is ready for optional expansion-pack installs.

Notes:
- Playback still uses WoW's Dialog sound channel.
- Volume changes affect the global WoW Dialog channel.
- Songs must still be packaged inside addon folders.
- No streaming, syncing, sharing, or internet audio features were added.
