Recruiting got a lot stronger & small issues UI fixes

Recruiting:
- Right-click → Guild Invite on anyone, anywhere — raid, party, a key group,
chat, the friends list, a targeted player. Fires the invite (and your saved
message) without opening a thing. Only shows up if your rank can invite.
- Find recruits grew an Invite next button and rebindable keybinds. Tap a key
to work down a whole list, one invite per press — Midnight won't let an addon
mass-invite, so this is the fast way that's actually allowed. There's a Scan
  next band keybind too.
- Options tab in Recruitment: save a message that goes out when you invite
someone (%p = their name, %guild = the guild), pick whether it auto-sends or
just fills your chat box so you can check it first, set the scan band width
and the re-invite cooldown, and hide people you've already invited. Ships with
  a sensible default message.
- Every invite now tells you who you invited.

The look:
- The tabs (Roster, Overview, …) are a real segmented control now — the active
one's a filled pill you can find at a glance, and they light on hover.
- The filter row got tidied: the counts are quieter, and empty filters (no bans,
no alts) hide themselves, so it's not six little buttons crammed together.
- The header shows your guild's actual crest, a green dot and count when people
are online, and a bigger, brighter guild name.
- The GuildPilot tab in Blizzard's guild window now matches the native side tabs
  instead of looking bolted on.

Fixed:
- Event announcements no longer double the message in chat (same for joins, leaves, promotes and the rest).
