• Fixed Hunter Feign Death and 0 health spam on health alerts
• Hide group/raid automatically since wow already shows icons for group/raid
• Map Icons now change instantly with settings changes
• Map+Minimap or Map now available with "Show minimap icons" and "show ALL icons" checkboxes
