Voting Frame — BiS column with small star per candidate:

  • 🟢 Green = on their BiS list, not yet obtained
  • 🔵 Blue = already obtained
  • 🔴 Red = not on their list

Loot Frame — large star on the item icon (bottom-right corner), showing your own BiS status for the item dropping.
